To be eligible for same day pick up all orders must be placed before 2 pm. Orders will be collected from our shop in Arndell park.

Select the “pick up” option at check out and you will receive a notification via sms and email to confirm when your order is ready for collection.

We hope you love your new items just as much as we do! However, we have a Returns Policy in place if you're not 100% satisfied with your purchase.

We have a 30 day refund period from the day of purchase for a full refund. The item must be unopened, unused, and in its original condition.

Please note, sale items cannot be returned.

Lash extension liquids are excluded from our returns policy & cannot be returned for quality control reasons.

    Does what it's supposed too. But I obviously move too much, and it comes off as I sleep.

    Not so great with lashes for it’s big for my face maybe fit better on bigger faces but it being being big for my face it did not fit well so it did slide and at some point had to take it off in concern for my lashes to be crushed by it.
