Shanai throughout the whole course was very helpful, patient and took the time to make sure I understood everything she was teaching. The time I had with my lash girlies and trainer was amazing! At first I thought it was going to be crazy hard but with the great communication, support from Shanai (trainer), helped me understand everything so easy! I 100% recommend learning here as she taught me things I had no idea about and helped me correct the small things!

before i started my training with Shanai, i was abit worried if the description of the training wouldnt reach it’s standard. however, on my first day of training she had a booklet and went into detail about everything that was written in it. she broke everything down to an understandable level which made everything so straight forward and easy to remember. the training was also very practical, she provides you with a mannequin to practice lashing from her studio and then at home to make the learning quicker. after that, i was required to bring in 2 models on 2 seperate days to experience what lashing on a real person feels like. any mistake i had made, she would show me how to fix them in a constructive way. Shanai is a great teacher, i was always able to contact her if i felt stuck and had to ask a question. She’s got a positive attitude, makes you feel so comfortable when coming into her studio and wants her students to thrive in the lash industry. after my training, i left being assured that i knew everything that i needed to know about being a lash tech, and she definitely went above standard. after all my experience and learning with Shanai i would definitely recommend her to future students looking to be apart of the lash industry. She is very thorough and elaborates in detail and is overall an incredible mentor and teacher.

After signing up to Shanai's online course I soon realised after taking one look at my kit that I was going to need more help getting started lol. Luckily at the time her 3 day master class was about to start and their was one spot left. I reached out and explained online might not have been the best choice for me and she was more then happy to switch me from her online class into the master class and I was so glad I spoke up and was able to make the switch. From day one she was patient with me and made me feel comfortable in a unfamiliar space. I was able to follow her learning process and didn't feel overwhelmed with information, her therapy side of things were very straight forward. And on the practical side, Shanai was very encouraging but was also able to correct me where needed. Unfortunately on my last day of the master class as Christmas was approaching I reached out again asking if I was able to reschedule, Shanai was more then happy to work together to find a later date that fit us both. It's been a little over 2 weeks since completing my course and she continues to stay in contact and hype my work ! I definitely would recommend her classes for anyone wanting to learn.
